21 Day Fix Bananas Foster

You might have read this post about the 21 Day Fix, a 3-week super diet. The diet does allow treats three times a week, but if you're like me, dessert is a must-have. Like, every day. Bananas Foster is pretty much my all-time favorite dessert, so I decided to mix it up a little bit and make it 21 Day Fix friendly! 


Ingredients: 
1 small banana (1 purple container)
6 oz. Greek yogurt (1 red container)
2 oz extra-virgin olive oil (EEVO) (1 tsp container)
cinnamon (free!)
optional:
2 oz honey (1 tsp container)
2 oz walnuts (1 blue container)

Cooking Instructions:
1. Slice the bananas into thin slices, about 1/4" thick.
2. Warm a skillet over medium high heat and add the EEVO.
3. Add the banana slices, not overlapping. Sprinkle with cinnamon. 
4. Flip the slices after about 3 minutes. Cook thoroughly (the bananas will look much less opaque when they are done).
5. Pour the bananas over the yogurt. 
6. If desired, add a drizzle of honey and some crushed walnuts.
